Football Players of the Week

 

NMMI QB David Vega is the WSFL offensive player of the week. The sophomore QB threw for 331 yards and 5 TDs with 2 INTs in the Broncos’ win over Glendale.

 

Arizona Western LB Ryan Mosby is the defensive player of the week. In the Matador’s win over SCC, Mosby had 6 solo tackles, 9 assisted tackles, 1 PBU and 1 TFL.

 

Glendale’s Demetrius Wilson earns the special team’s player of the week. In a loss to NMMI, Wilson had 1 punt return for a 53 yard TD.
