Women - Jaida Lyles - Central Arizona - The sophomore from Temecula, CA ran a personal-best time of 19:16.8 for 5,000 meters at the 41st Annual UCR Cross Country Invitational and finished 66th overall out of 254 runners in the open division race.

DI Offense - Asaki Nakamura - Arizona Western - The freshman from Takasaki, Japan had two goals and one assist for a total of five points last week. Nakamura helped the #8 ranked Matadors win both matches against Gateway and Glendale.

DI Offense - Ivana Siles - Cochise - The sophomore from La Paz, Bolivia scored two goals in two matches last week. Helping the Apaches win both games.
DI Goalkeeper - Samantha Renteria - Cochise - The sophomore from Rio Rico allowed only two goals in two matches last week, playing a total of 142 minutes.
DII Offense - Ariana Leamons - Phoenix - Leamons recorded a hat trick versus Mesa and scored one goal and one assist versus Pima last week. The Bears won both games and now have been ranked as the #1 team in Division II.
DII Goalkeeper - Jennifer Alvillar - Phoenix - Alvillar had seven saves in a total of 180 minutes last week to help the #2 ranked Bears beat Mesa and #1 Pima. With the wins, the Bears are now ranked #1 in Division II.

DI Offense - Larssen Anderson - Eastern Arizona - The sophomore from Anchorage, AK had 37 kills, 9 blocks, and two assists in four matches last week to help the Gila Monsters go 3-1 overall and 2-0 against conference teams.
DII Offense - Shauna Rath - Scottsdale - The sophomore from Peoria has earned her second POTW honor this season. Rath had five kills, 78 assists, and 22 digs in two matches last week. The #4 ranked Fighting Artichokes won both matches.
