DI Men's Basketball

Akok Machar – Eastern Arizona – Machar averaged 23 points in two Gila Monsters’ wins last week while hauling in 19 total rebounds. Machar scored 22 points on 6-for-7 shooting and 8-for-13 from the free throw line while grabbing 10 rebounds in the weekend opening win over Yavapai before scoring 24 points and grabbing nine rebounds in game two to help the Gila Monsters to the sweep of the Roughriders.

DII Men's Basketball

Andre Harris – Chandler-Gilbert – Harris earns his third ACCAC Player of the Week honor of the season after averaging 18.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in two wins for the Coyotes. Harris scored 17 points in 23 minutes and had nine rebounds in the Coyotes 80-71 win over Pima and then followed up that performance by scoring 20 points in 20 minutes and tallying 10 boards in a win at Phoenix.

D1 Women's Basketball

Fortuna Ngnawo – Cochise – Ngnawo was named an ACCAC Player of the Week for the third time season after a week in which she grabbed a total of 35 rebounds in two games, 24 of which came in a win over Central Arizona on Friday. Ngnawo scored 17 points and grabbed 24 rebounds before posting her third straight double-double the following night, scoring 23 points and hauling in 11 rebounds to help Cochise sweep a pair of games with the Vaqueras.

D2 Women's Basketball

Kamiyah Hurd - Mesa – Hurd earns her first Player of the Week honor of the season, averaging 14 points in a pair of Thunderbirds’ wins. Hurd scored 14 points in a win over South Mountain on 7-for-9 shooting and finished the week by scoring 14 points in 14 minutes of Mesa’s win over Scottsdale.
