CAC, which is now 31-1, beat Mesa easily twice early in the week, 16-2 and 13-2 and then won the first of two against Phoenix, 10-1. But the Bears responded with a 5-1 win in game two to end run. Ramces Urias and Tijmen Takke each collected two base hits for the Bears. But in game two, PC scored four runs in the fourth inning and Jayse Burkett went 6.2 innings on the mound, with Adrian Santa Cruz picking up the save as Phoenix ended CAC's run.  Takke and Dominic Demarbiex hit home runs to lead the way.

Meanwhile, Pima has won 14 straight and improved to 22-6 overall and 17-5 in conference play. The Aztecs swept doubleheaders from Glendale and Scottsdale.

In the two against GCC, Pima won 8-0 and 5-2. In game one, Wilson Bannister hurled a one-hit shutout with five strikeouts. Daniel Durazo had a pair of hits and three RBIs to lead PCC. Game two saw four Aztecs collect two hits each while Derek Trobough collected four for the Artichokes including a double and a triple, while Barendrick homered again.
