Pima has the edge with a 6-1 record, while Yavapai and Phoenix are both 5-1. Arizona Western isn't far back at 4-2-1.
Pima was beaten for the first time last week, dropping a 1-0 decision to Phoenix. Luis Gandara scored for the Bears just six minutes into the contest and Carlos Gallardo and the PC defense made it stand up. Gallardo had eight saves. Prior to that Francisco Manzo scored in each half as Pima blanked Chandler-Gilbert, 2-0 with Huan Suarez making a pair of saves.
Yavapai has now won five straight following a pair of shutout wins. The Roughriders beat Arizona Western, 2-0 Iann Topete scored the only actual YC goal. The Other was an own goal by AZW. Yavapai then scored all four goals in the first half in a 4-0 win at Glendale. Hudson Bodily was in goal for both games.
Phoenix has won its last three after edging Pima.
AZW fell to Yavapai and then played to a scoreless draw with GateWay.
