Pima defeated Chandler-Gilbert, 5-1, and Phoenix stopped Paradise Valley, 2-0, in the Region I, Division II, men's soccer playoffs Thursday.
Sophomore Manuel Quiroz converted two penalty kicks to highlight the Aztecs' win.
The Bears got a first half goal from Marcos Mora and another in the second half from Paul Molinares in its win. Carlos Gallardo made six saves in the shutout.
The two winners will meet at Pima for the regional title Saturday.
Yavapai hosts Arizona Western Friday in the Division I championship game at 6 p.m.
