The two volleyball races come down to the final week with several key spots in the seeding still to be determined.

  In Division I the top seed starts the last week of play in a dead heat between Yavapai and Arizona Wester. Both have 8-3 ACCAC records The Roughriders will face fellow DI foe Eastern Arizona Wednesday at home and then visit Phoenix Friday. The Matadors enter the final week after a pair of wins over YC at home, 3-0 and 3-1. AZW finishes at home against Mesa Wednesday and visits Eastern Arizona Friday.

  In DII the top spot firmly belongs to Scottsdale which stretched its winning streak to 17, first with a 3-0 win against Yavapai, which entered the match without a conference loss, and then a 3-0 win over Glendale. SCC closes with home matches against Phoenix and Pima. It will host the regional Nov. 7-9.

  Glendale is currently second with a 9-4 league mark and will finish on the road with South Mountain and Mesa.

  The third seed is currently a tie between Mesa and Pima, both with 7-6 records. MCC ends its season at Arizona Western Wednesday and Glendale at home Friday. Pima will play away at Chandler-Gilbert and Scottsdale.
